Returns and refunds
All hot sauce sales are final, however, if bottles are damaged during shipping, please send us photos (info@hookandarrow.co) of the damaged order within 48 hours of receipt. We will review the photos and make it right. 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any items.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to being shipped. Once an order ships, we can no longer cancel that order.
